SDR stands for Sensory Disruption of Reconsolidation and is a psychological strategy which achieves rapid elimination of maladaptive conditioned responses that are involved in unwanted feelings, perceptions, thoughts and behaviours. It is highly effective in reducing or eliminating non-malignant chronic pain.
